SARAH SCHNEPF, REALTOR®, DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS

Sarah is dedicated to supporting our San Francisco clients through their real estate transactions with the highest degree of personal service and professional expertise. Her organizational skills are truly impeccable. From preparing marketing materials to escrow coordination, Sarah focuses on a successful experience for every client.

Sarah brings a background in residential staging to Schumacher Properties, in addition to specialist antiques knowledge and experience as a fine art consultant. Her sense of design also assists our clients in maximizing the value of their homes prior to sale and in visualizing the potential of future investments.

She holds a B.A. in History from DePauw University and is a member of the San Francisco Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

A native of Indiana, Sarah has lived in New York and Chicago, but is happy to call San Francisco home for over 15 years. She enjoys traveling, the visual and performing arts, and is an active cyclist and skier.

GUIDO PICCININI, WIZARD

Guido supports Rebecca and our clients in a wide range of capacities from greeting visitors during our luxury open houses, touring new listings with Rebecca on brokers tour and coordinating with contractors.

Also a landlord and real estate investor, Guido identifies and screens tradespeople of value to our clients. His knowledge of the San Francisco rental market is available to our clients with investment properties.

A native of Lucca, Italy, Guido was a well-known restaurateur in San Francisco for many years. He is an occasional television commercial actor. His passions are cooking, tennis and chess.
